Players will be evaluated and assigned to a team ranging from 6 to 9 players. Each day will begin with a 50-minute skill session consisting of power skating, puck control and individual player development.
Teams will rotate through station-based training learning different skill sets. Forward and backward stride, explosive starts, turns and transitions, crossovers, application of edges and more will be covered while fostering team play and fun.
Post skills session and ice cut, there will be 3 on 3 Round Robin cross ice hockey. The final week will consist of a skills challenge and 3 on 3 playoffs.
